"I have been going to Surprise Family Medicine for many years now, and absolutely love everything about them! Dr Horrocks and PA Rachel Carney both take excellent care of me. As an RN, I can attest that they are both very thorough and thoughtful in the care that they provide. I never feel like just a number and never feel rushed, unlike at many other provider offices. Both take time to listen to my needs as a patient, which is pretty hard to find nowadays. Their support staff does a great job, as well. My waits have always been pretty reasonable. There was only one time that I had to wait about an hour to get in - but it was because there was an emergency going on with another patient, so that is certainly understandable. They aren't accepting new patients now, because they are taking excellent care of their existing patients. But if you can get named in an existing patient's will to take their spot when they die...that would definitely be worth a shot. ;-)"

"I pulled up the website to get an appointment and was shocked at the negative reviews. I have been a patient here since 2012 and I've always received the best care. My parents and several other people, who are patients here, have no complaints about the care we receive. If they aren't accepting new patients, it's because they have enough already and want to make sure they have time to spend taking care of their current patients. There are plenty of walk in medical clinics if you need immediate care. It's unfair to leave a bad review simply because Dr. Horrocks and his staff want to ensure each of their current patients receives the time and care they expect from their doctor."

They listen to all my concerns and dont jjst push me through to get to their next patient. Rachel found both my thyroid cancer and my husbands skin cancer. They r always very easy to talk to do a thorough exam that's how our cancers were found. I absolutely love them and have recommended them to everyone I meet. I have a lot of medical issues so I've seen them a lot."
