"I hate leaving bad reviews and I try very hard to be professional bt but medical fails needs to be amplified. The fact that I had so many problems with just getting a referral begs the question if they are competent in other areas like diagnoses and billing. I requested a prescription refill and Ibuprofen for serious headaches tht have yet to be refilled after 24hr notice. before I decided to cancel all future appointments. I was lectured abt submitting refill requests through the portal instead of email and even retaliated against by them just “putting it in the file” for the doctor to find. as if getting up to alert the physician tht the patient in their care requires refills is jst too damn difficult. it took them over 6 months and over 5 attempts to get a referral submitted correctly after managing up. In their “final” email I still have no refills. everyone with aging parents in their care brings me serious pause. Wouldn’t go back if it was free. The bedside manner and service is superficial if not missing. Even after a year it still is a cold and transactional place."

"Ive seen several doc over the years & they never take anything I say seriously, even though I only go to the doc when I am Near Death. This doc has taken time to listen to me, to listen and assess my issues. The staff are all very kind & helpful with their treatments & follow through. The only thing I can say bad about the place is that they do take a bit to answer questions, but they will get to them. And in all honesty, just because they have a portal, doesn't mean that we have full access at all times, we still need to make appointments to get the answers & the doc time that we pay for."
