"I visited here in August 2023. The phlebotomist was horrendous. Commented on my weight saying “You are skin and bones, my dear” and proceeded to put me through the most painful blood draw Ive ever had. She didn’t care at all that she was hurting me. I left the office crying because I had been struggling with my weight fluctuating (due to health issues… that I was drawing blood for!!!) and gaining weight was difficult. I honestly wish I would have gotten up right then and there and left. If she is still at your office, I recommend you talk to her about her professionalism and skill level. Commenting on someone’s body when your job is to pull their blood isn’t very empathetic."
