SimonMed Women's Center - Stadium Village

"Terrible experience. Had an appointment set for over 3 weeks at 12:30pm. They canceled and then changed it the day before the appointment without speaking to me first to 2:30pm. I get there and have to wait in line to check in even though I did so online, filled all the paperwork out, and had all forms uploaded. When I get to the front desk after 30 min of waiting in line, I am told I *need* to have a different type of imaging (mammogram) done before I can do the imaging my doctor has sent me there for (ultrasound). I call my doctor and confirmed they do not recommend a mammogram and I need an ultrasound. I still need to get this imaging done but I will not be back to this location, the front desk associates are completely incompetent. After this whole thing, she rescheduled my appointment and gave me a print out that said 3:30. I got a text saying it is scheduled for 2:30. Embarrassing."

"Great experience for my mri a wonderful technician and facility and an unacceptable experience with billing. I paid before my appointment with my credit card. The girl at the desk said it didn’t go thru try again. I did. No issues. I check my credit card statement and there are two identical charges when there should be only one for $97.60 I call SimonMed billing and explain the error. She says, we will wait until after your insurance pays and see if we have to refund it to you. I said it is not an overpayment. It is a double payment by your offices mistake. She said ma’am that’s how we’re going to handle it. We’ll see if we need to refund you. So they make a mistake double billing me and now I have to pay interest on their mistake? I don’t think so. I am disputing it with my bank. That is unacceptable. You can’t make mistakes like that and then pretend that I have to wait for the refund when you feel like it. Not cool at all."

"I walk in to have X-ray done , she asks for me for my ID and insurance cards I was waiting in a short time and then she tell me to find a seat wait for my insurance update about 20 minutes later the guy call me in getting X-rays done . They're friendly service , Thank you"

"Had an appointment for a ultrasound, they called me to ask if I can come in a day early and I agreed. I also needed some imaging done and asked since I am already here can I get them done as well and the receptionist said no it would be 1.5 hours or more. I asked why since I'm already hear with an appointment and she could not explain. Just said no you will have to wait. Went back for ultrasound and explained my situation to the ultrasound tech and she was able to explain. She also made an attempt to expedite my imaging. the attempt was appreciated however I still waited another 1.25 hours for imaging to be done. Not a great experience."

"Never sent images to my doctor that had important information in them. I found out 2 months later I has a condition that needed treatment. Came in for follow up xrays, they discovered 30 minutes into waiting that they didn't have my order. Waited 2 hours and left with no imaging but had already paid. Still haven't refunded my money several phone calls and weeks later."
