"I love my Doctor Watts now had many problems in the beginning but my doctor didn't go for that and he cared now since he left that man doctor is rude and no patient run to another clinic"
"I saw Dr Roy Watts. I have had a terrible time here. I had an infection and was put on antibiotics. I called back the drs office to make sure the antibiotic was the correct one as they had directed. I had become sicker. They told me to go to the hospital and hung up one me. I let that go and went back after I was out of the hospital. They were great. Then I had another infection. They did not even seem to know anything about my case. At that visit I mentioned I had new RX insurance and asked Christina to call my Rx's into the new company. She did it. A few weeks later I went to the dentist and had high blood pressure. I went home and found they had prescribed an old rx I had used. When I called and asked them to fix the situation Christina told me they called her and asked for the rx (not true per their records) but she said. They asked for the wrong thing it is there fault. I said lets just fix it I do not care whose fault it is. She got belligerent with me. So I asked her if they asked for the wrong med she would just fill it cause they asked for it. She became unhinged. They refused to fix the issue for 10 days. These people do not care about people or accuracy. Be wary."
"I have been seeing Dr. Kahlon only a few times. I’ve always felt rushed in there. I normally just go for my anxiety medication; however, I have brought up a few issues while I’ve been in there. I had the severe flu a couple months back and she just told me to drink lots of water. I ended up going to Urgent Care a few days later where they prescribed Ibuprofen and antibiotics. Would have been nice if she would have just done that while I was there. I also have brought up pains in my hip that have been progressively been getting worse over the years. She told me I was too young to have any issues and that I just need to stretch. Found out my sciatic nerve is pinched. I’ve been experiencing numbness in my foot and sometimes in my left arm. I am now 3 Days left of my anxiety meds and the pharmacy has requested a refill from her twice and I have called them twice and I am still waiting, hoping I have my meds by this weekend. She does not take me seriously."
"10-27-2017 I have been seeing Dr. Desai and his team over at Westside Internal Medicine for over 1 year now. I can honestly say that I have never received better care in my whole life then I have under Dr. Desai and his team! I am so ☹ to see there are not many positive reviews on Google. I hate to see how this negative feedback can really tarnish the Doctors reputation. I know that a medical care facility in Surprise will probably have a heavy percentage of retired folks coming in. Unfortunately, they can be quick to criticize and not willing to take the time to write a positive review especially online from my experience. I hope that more of his patients that have had a similar experience will write an honest review on Google for him! - Jason H"
"Horrible experience, it appeared as though the doctors main concern was running the patients through as fast as possible without taking the time to actually listen. When my wife went for her first appointment in nearly a year, she came home so upset, she was almost in tears over the complete lack of respect given to her. After being weighed and her blood pressure taken, that was the end of any real medical attention provided. when she mentioned a possible sinus infection, the doctor was not even going to check her nose/ears, when she inquired about obtaining antibiotics for an upcoming trip to China she was denied, and when she wanted to discuss her sore shoulder, the doctor actually stood outside the door and complained he was too busy for questions. Maybe that's to be expected from a doctor trained at the University of the Caribbean, but it certainly is not up to the standards my family is use to receiving."
