"The first appointment went okay. Did an ultrasound but couldn't get pictures as the computer was not working. Had another ultrasound scheduled but it wasn't through a monitor it was just audio. Main Dr fadool just said " baby's heart beat is good, any other questions?". I asked "well I wanted to see my baby and see the gender" Dr said that is not her field and is unsure if she would be able to tell the gender of the baby. "That it is the ultrasounds tech job" she said, but I was scheduled for an ultrasound. I asked for a prenatal prescription, Dr said she would send the prescription in. Called the pharmacy, no prescription sent. I am now seeking for a new obgyn. They did not make me feel happy about my pregnancy and they didn't make me feel excited. I had more questions but I wasn't comfortable asking them anymore."

"Their lack of attention & care almost killed me. Without being too tmi, I was on birth control and starting having intense bleeding issues. I called them many times but they basically refused to see me about it and instead told me “to double my birth control pills until the bleeding stopped”. Well that put in the hospital for 3 days where I had to have a surgery and multiple blood transfusions. I have never got a follow up call or anything from them since. They don’t care about their patients or do what is right for them, especially since their only good doctor left. I would (and will) stay far away."

"Dr. Fadool is an amazing doctor. I have no complaints with her, but I have issues with the PA there, Julie. She gave me antibiotic after antibiotic, earlier this year and it did not treat my condition. More so, it was antibiotics that didn't pertain to the condition I even had, which lead me to a worse condition."

"If giving zero stars was the option that is what I would give them. Not only is the waiting for a scheduled appointment ridiculous situation but my experience has been so terrible I cannot even believe these woman have patients that return to them. I went in for an ultrasound. the man who conducted the ultra sound told me just like he was telling me the sky was blue that he could not see any baby. that this sometime happens with pregnancy and then took my weight and told me to go back to the waiting room. I waited to see the nurse for about 15 min then waited another 20 min for her to actually come in the room. Once she finally came in the room she had a piece a paper that she read of explain the options. She said she could give me medicine to cause me to have a miscarriage, I could just wait but that I could end up with some kind of infection, then that I could go through a process that was called a D&C. I paused for a minute because I was coming in for an Ultrasound not to hear that whatever was there is no longer there. She quickly rushed out of the room saying I needed to have my blood drawn. I asked the lady who took my blood if there was a possibility that they were wrong. she did not even know what I was talking about but I advised Id like to get whatever prescription the nurse mentioned so I can just move forward. No one called me to schedule anything but I called them and then was told the nurse doesn't want to give it to me now wants me to get my blood drawn again, come in 2 weeks from now and do another ultrasound. I was completely floored by why and basically they said because I didn't accept the medicine in the first 20 seconds after hearing some horrible information that they would like me to suffer for the next couple weeks until then. HORRIBLE PEOPLE I am completed disgusted by this experience and would recommend you find a different DR."
