"Do not waste your time, find another office that will do what they are supposed to. After my consultation I was told that they would contact my insurance company to see if my procedure would be covered and contact me if it would not. I did not receive a call and showed up to my next appointment for the ultrasound they said wasn't needed but would help my insurance cover the cost. When I arrived I asked just to confirm that my insurance covered the ultrasound and I was then told they didn't know and I might have to pay for it out of pocket. They said if I could wait they would then call my insurance, which confirmed that no one in the office did as they said they would. I waited for 30 min for them to then tell me they still weren't sure. They charge you a cancellation fee if you don't show up but have no problem wasting their patients time. I would find a reliable office and not waste your time. I should've trusted the other poor reviews."

"This place is a legit joke! I called to schedule an appointment in July of 2018 and during my call, I asked to have my benefits verified the lady on the phone (Amy) stated she will call me back with the information. I received a voicemail a couple of days later stating my copay is going to $45 and that I'd be covered at a hundred percent after that payment. I still have the voicemail by the way! A few months after my appointment I received a bill for $837 and some change which took me by surprise as I trusted this business to verify my benefits accurately! I tried countless time to reach out to these people and every time they would recite how they have resubmitted my claim back to the insurance as I was apparently out of network with them (funny how they didn't get this info when they verified). Needless to say these people would never follow back up with me and now I have a bill that says it's "seriously past due" which is a complete joke! I can't voice how angry and frustrated I am with this type of service! I would not recommend this place to anyone!"
