Everyone is so kind and friendly. It feels like being taking care of by friends instead of a bunch of strangers. They really try to be as helpful and supportive as they can."

"From the sweet ladies at the checkin counter, to the great triage staff to the fantastic provider Silvio our whole experience was wonderful (given us being at a medical facility) everyone was kind, quick and knowledgeable. I'm very grateful for how we were treated and how quick they got us in and out, especially with me dragging a herd of kids with me in the night!"

"Nice facility , friendly staff but I’m not sure on the true quality of care.I went in 2/29/24 got diagnosed with respiratory infection and wasn’t given a Rx, I wasn’t even told I had a respiratory infection it was on my discharge paperwork. besides that they gave me a 5 minute breathing treatment ,and quick dose of steroid after finding nothing with all the test they took. then they took a xray of my chest and sent me off with everything is normal. Woke up the next day 3/1/24 even worse.My voice completely gone ,head was full of pressure, eyes uncontrollably watery , headaches. I went to a nextcare closer to me and got diagnosed with a bad sinus infection. After the Nextcare provider saw me and provided me a Rx for a z-pak and list of otc products I’m already feeling 10xbetter. Honor health dropped the ball. The kicker is the Dr. at your facility even told me I was ok to go back to back work the next day. Imagine if I listened. The Nextcare Dr gave me 3 days off so I wouldn’t pass it to anyone else. And have both notes to prove it. Something needs to be done this is the second time honor health has wasted my time and insurance benefits."

"I was actually blown away by the staff. Every single person that spoke with us was kind and honestly seem to care. I brought my 11 month old baby in who ended up with RSV, pneumonia, and an ear infection. We were treated so kindly and everyone who entered the room including the front desk was so incredibly friendly, even down to security who was paying peak a boo with my baby and offered to help me when he saw me loading everything into the car after. I will say especially our doctor was amazing. She was absolutely wonderful and listened to my every concern and made sure I was completely comfortable before taking my baby home. You don’t get care like that anymore at a lot of places and I know this because my daughter was born with a heart condition and we frequent many many ER and urgent cares. So thank you for making a stressful situation so much better. The only thing I will say that was a little frustrating was when we were put in the hall. My baby is unable to wear a mask, so I felt like we were definitely spreading germs and subjecting ourselves to more to mention the privacy was lacking when speaking to providers. It was also pretty hard with a baby, but that’s also my own fault for not bringing a stroller and I do understand that you need to turn over the rooms as you were busy."

"Sadly, I’m reviewing a medical facility again, but it was a very positive experience! I needed to have an X-ray and after striking out closer to my house I tried Honor. So glad I did. It was early- 7:30 ish - and I got right in. Intake completed and 2 minutes later I was taken back. Saw a doctor quickly and my issue was diagnosed. Didn’t get a resolution but not their fault. Everyone was very nice,helpful and efficient. Special shout to my X-ray tech - he was super helpful! They get a thumbs up and recommend you use if needed!"
