"I have been there for well over a year, but lately I feel I am no more than a number. My latest was my pcp (here), have been giving me my script for Xarelto, a blood thinner. When the price went up to where I cannot afford it, I asked my pcp if she would prescribe a drug called Clopidogrel, which was recommended by my pharmacist and approved by my vascular surgeon and cardiologist. My pcp suggested I ask one of them to write me a script. This is just the final step to make me look for a new pcp. We have all just become a number to them. It all started when they were bought out by One Medical. Good luck to anyone still there."

"IORA is absolutely the worst. If I wasn’t in the middle of figuring out whether I have cancer again I’d find a new doctor. There is no communication. I’ve used the texting because no one answers the phone. The only wary I got my scam results (after 2 months of waiting) was to show up in the office and raised a fuss. The health coaches are worthless. I’ve had 3 and 2 doctors."

"Save your self a lot of misery. I personally have had nothing but problems with these people. I got very sick in November of 2020 with valley fever. Called them many many over a week in the first part of November trying to see my primary care doctor. They were considering everyone to have covid. I didn't.... as the week progress I became sicker and sicker. I finally threw a pitch and demanded a call from someone. I ask for a number I could text pictures to and I did get that. A RN nurse called later that afternoon panicking and had me go to the emergency room at the hospital. Seven days in the hospital. And now again we are trying to get my wife into see them for an upper respiratory infection but once again Iora is playing the same old game we will have someone call that never does call."

"I'm sorry to say that I'm not happy with IORA after my doctor left. I don't get the sense that patients health is their primary concern. For my annual checkup they wanted to do it virtually over the phone. When I asked to see a doctor they assigned a nurse practitioner. This and other issues have come-up over the last year, that finely led to back to my old doctor. They talk a good game, but fall far short in delivering top notch health care."

"My wife and I have been with iora since January of 2019. We cannot say enough positive about the treatment that we get as individuals and the responsiveness we get when needing referrals to other doctors. IORA is a wonderful place for seniors to be with their Primary Care in mind."
