"Terrible experience. They Called and Cancelled procedure the morning of. I called Wednesday to confirm time/location and instructions, since there was no communication. My husband works construction, he needed time off work after the procedure, it took my husband weeks to work around jobs and get PTO. And to cancel the day of is ridiculous."

"I am a veteran who was referred from the VA. The Agency couldn’t even get off the ground with the initial call to setup a appointment with Dr. Ganesh S. He was referred as a Urologist. The phone was answered by Kaelan. The individual was short, rude, and unprofessional. After asking him to spell Dr. Ganesh S. his name, he made a unprofessional remark under his breath and I heard him, after calling him out politely he made a belligerent remark and ask me if I wanted help or not. If this is their first line of defense to represent their physicians, they have set the bar extremely low. Despite being under staffed, which is obvious. The Office Manger, Stacy, is on Medical Leave with no return date of any kind. It was clear that no one was in charge or no one wanted to give up a name, not even Kalan, he just said there is no one in charge of the office. If the physicians aren’t aware this, they should be! I know if I had a business and I had a employee or employees who were unprofessional, that would not even be tolerated and he/she would be fired! They have 1 office in Surprise AZ and 1 in Sun City AZ. I “do not” recommend both of them. If they can’t get a customer service problem resolved, just think of more life threatening surgery procedures or in office visits that requires a minor procedure. PLEASE READ A MAJORITY OF THE REFERRALS, they are extremely poor and unacceptable at the least. Be prepared to continue to hold for any help, when calling them."

"If I could rate no stars I would. I am completely floored by the service my grandmother got today by Dr. Patel. He refused to change a catheter today because she cannot walk and get up on a table and his "staff" is not able to do it. They knew when I scheduled the appointment that she just got out of the hospital and that it was not change and it has now been a month that it was in. The last time she was there he did the catheter change in her scooter chair with his "staff" Holding her legs. When we first met with him he stated it would not be a problem to do it if she did not have a home health nurse to come out and do it and did not want to go into the hospital. Shock he argued with the care giver and my self then tried to force her to go to the ER across the street. Really that is why insurance pays you. How could you do that to a 82 yr old woman. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!! I will be reporting him as well for refusing care that is needed and could have been done in 5 min which I have seen him do with my own eyes !!!!!!"

"Father in law had an out patient procedure this past Wed. The Dr said on the day of the procedure, to call the office to schedule to get the catheter out on tuesday. We called twice on Wed and both times were told someone would call back to schedule, no one called back. It was a holiday weekend so we called on the monday. They said they would call back but we insisted on holding to get an appointment. They said he couldnt get in until Thurs. 8 days after surgery! My FIL practically begged to try to get in on Tues. He was very uncomfortable and in pain and leaking. But they refused to even check for and opening, or offer to ask the Dr. Tuesday we called the office 3 different times saying it was urgent, because he was worse. We were again told someone would call back. No one did. My 87 yr old step dad went to the ER that tuesday. They removed the catheter and found that he had an UTI. They said If he would have waited until Thurs it could have been detrimental for him. I would not recommend anyone to this practice. The office girls are not compassionate, don't return calls and do not care what happens to the patient."
