Receptionist says she will “try” and get the doctor to return my call, but after multiple attempts via phone and messages through the portal, Dr Graham has not called back. During visit, Dr Graham spoke more of his achievements and retirement plans than addressing the issues I was there to be seen about. The call line for Village Medical, however, provides great service. Just choose a different location with more competent staff."
