"THEY owe ME money. I know it’s usually the other way around, but they decided to get paid by both me and my insurance. Nobody will return my calls. Emails bounce. I showed up in person and was assured that they would set the process in motion to issue my refund. (So if I hadn’t complained in person, you’d just keep the money?) I was told to wait a few more weeks, just long enough that I could no longer dispute the charge through my credit card company. Still nothing. That’s without discussing the state of their medical knowledge. The disclosure form they asked me to sign wanted me to affirm that the doctor had discussed possible alternatives. Well, he hadn’t. I asked why not, and the medical assistant said “oh, he doesn’t do those alternative procedures”. I asked, “who in your practice does?” The answer: nobody. Apparently it was a “generic form” from their software, listing alternative procedures that are valid alternatives but they nevertheless do not do. When your practice management software has a better understanding of the state of the art than your doctors, the problem isn’t the practice management software."

"Was very pleased with staff and Dr. Peters. Was diagnosed and plans for surgery was set into motion. It took awhile to finalize but had to coordinate a time with my OB/GYN. Got out of the hospital 4 days ago and everything went as planned. Had one little concerned but called the office and answering service contacted Dr. Peters and she called me back right away. Would definitely recommend."

"I got to the office at 9:45 and was not seen till 11:00. Dr Peterson did not say anything about the long wait, most professionals give you an apology. Then she proceeded to tell me that the renal ultrasound that my nephrologist did a month earlier was not valid which showed a 8 mm stone. Now I only showed a 1 mm stone which she said is not big, and I told her that 1 mm stone might not be big but they are still painful and I had gone to emergency because of the pain a week earlier. I am tired of these doctors that act like you don't have nothing else to do but give them your time and money. Also my diastolic blood pressure was 101 which she did not even addressed."

"Billing staff was very rude, would not listen to what I had to say and kept talking Over me. I do not recommend this place. Dr. Peters was a good doctor. But if u had billing questions or issues they would not listen."

"Really kind and caring staff, and Dr. Myers is great. They got me in relatively quickly, got my problem checked out, and discussed some next steps. Would definitely recommend them! Now regarding the other reviews complaining about billing, I haven't had an issue with the billing and besides, the financial policy clearly explains what you're getting into, so there should be no surprises there. As for your phone calls never being answered, you just have to wait a couple minutes for the automated message to cycle through until it gives you the option to talk to one of the staff members."
