"I have seen Dr. Henricks several times in the last couple of months to get my rare neurological condition diagnosed. She was awesome! I have no idea what the other two reviews on here were talking about as regards to the office staff being rude, they were VERY nice and welcoming to me every time I had to go into the office! Another awesome thing about North Star Neurology is that it is a rather small office. I was trying to work with a neurologist at the U of A here in Tucson, and he was so busy I was told I would need to wait months to get an appointment to even be seen! I found Dr. Henricks online and called her office, and I got an appointment the same week! It is true that their office is located in a medical complex, with many other offices sharing the same area. It can be tricky finding it the first time out, but finding any new place can take a little extra time the first time you go there so PLAN ACCORDINGLY! Give yourself a little extra time to find it! I think it's very unfair for an earlier reviewer to rate this office as poor because he got lost and missed his appointment and never received ANY medical care at this office! The reviews on here aren't just to critique the customer service of the office staff, it should be about reviewing the doctor and the care she provides! Almost all doctor offices, dentist offices, and even salons have a strict policy that if you miss you appointment by more than 15 minutes you will HAVE to reschedule. This is for the convenience of the OTHER patients, not a chance for the staff to get to act rude. Although rest assured the staff is great and very friendly, this review should really focus on Dr. Henrick's practice and ability, and she is an excellent doctor and this is a fantastic practice!"
