"I moved here from Denver, where I had a wonderful doctor and rheumatology clinic, so I was a little anxious about finding someone good in Tucson. At first I went to a doc who wasn't a good fit but then I heard about Dr. Howe. She goes above and beyond as a doctor. She spends as much time as you need and connects with her patients. She is always researching the latest on RA and has a holistic approach when it comes to the body. She's kind, communicative and treats her patients with respect and care."

"Been with this office for over four years after moving from Connecticut and have only had good experiences with the staff. Dr. Karl was great but retired and and I now see Dr. Evans who I also like very much. If people judge treatment by staff they should never go to New York or Connecticut. I made several extra visits to more than one doctor to tell them I was leaving and it was because of their staff's rudeness, lack of concern, and creativeness in making up stupid rules to make a person like me get creative in different ways to annoy them with the loopholes n their laws. Some are from Mars and unable to speak any known dialect with their pierced lips and tongues. Also typical weight time for first appointment in Connecticut is 4 to 6 months to see a good rheumatologists."

"Terribly run office. Hires staff that they must have picked up from a temporary job agency or that they hire under the table. Contacted office manager twice , doesn't follow up , nor care for any grievance or complaint you have!!! Always misleading and promise to follow up and never do!!! Whenever you call to schedule they state they have to talk with doctor first . Doctor first? For a new patient with a referral they have to talk with doctor first. It's ridiculous this episode has been going on since early January. Still no call back And no appointment. Still haven't been able to schedule. Please avoid communicating with Sage and the office manager. Both are incompetent when it comes to service or anything related to customer service. I will follow up with my PCP and Inform him to avoid referring patients to arthritis and associates , along w/ my close friend who is a family physician and with my husband , who is an internist. Please avoid this place at all costs they will delay you and your time . They expect you to sit for weeks until they contact you to schedule an appt!!! It's ridiculous and avoid avoid avoid!!!!!! Suggested to speak with the physician and was denied . Wanted to give him my two cents on just How their being warded off prospective patients with such incompetent and wreckless staff. No different than all the reviews below! Please avoid and don't waste your time here. It's a circus."
