"Doctor Aluri is nice and kind, she makes you feel appreciated, and that she cares. I am very happy with her and the staff is helpful, kind and caring."
"Receiving any cancer diagnosis is scary and stressful in itself. I had hoped an Oncology office would understand that. The receptionist was unable to answer simple questions when asked and explained to me she wasn’t a medical professional. So I asked if she could let me speak with a medical professional or ask someone. She became obviously annoyed and rude when I insisted that I needed to have these questions answered prior to my first appointment in an attempt to not get my treatment pushed back or delayed. Questions weren’t answered and had to have an additional initial consult with the Dr. Female medical assistant was very rude just upon opening the door from lobby to treatment area. Nurses in chemotherapy room forget patients can hear what they say about them and their conversations in general. I have never had Chemotherapy before but had hoped my husband would be able to join me for my 90 minutes of Chemo but was informed no visitors. I was unable to receive a clear reasoning from the nurse. Claimed there was no room but I was the only patient. There was a total of one other patient while I was there. While my husband sat in the lobby that soon became very crowded and he ended up giving up his seat to an elderly gentleman. My radiation Oncology office was who referred me to them and because of that I was able to get my treatment started quickly but this office was unable to keep up with that and made my first visit very stressful and disorganized. When I explained the run around I was receiving from his front office he simply replied he can’t control everyone in the office. If I was able to have the time to find another Chemotherapy Oncologist I would have. The provider seems great just not his office staff. It saddens me that a place with Hope in their name could give such little empathy towards people who are facing a difficult battle ahead of them. It maybe mundane to the staff since they deal with these things on a daily basis but as a new patient they can’t be treating people as if they should know the right questions to ask. It seems as though they expect the patient to already know everything."
"Dr Migliano has helped me through a very difficult time. I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. He is an excellent hemotologist."
"As a cancer patient, at times my emotions are up and down. The staff and Dr Migliano add much comfort and strength to stabilize my emotional base. When I leave after an office visit, I am so much better than when I came in. Kudos to everyone who I have encountered there."
"This is one of the best staff i have ever visited. I am absolutely pleased with the Receptionist (all of them). Dr. Aluri is very attentive and shows concern for my well being . You would be doing yourself a great choice if you go with these folks."
