"In a year of a flurry of different doctors appts my experience with Pima Neuro was hands down the worst. The front desk staff was rude, the policies in place there are aggressive ($50 if you would like a copy of your own medical records POSTED on the wall), and the care is haphazard. Whoever is running this place administratively needs to go back to school, or perhaps go to any other doctors office- the bedside manner alongside of very basic doctoring is a bizarre combo."

"I liked Dr Din. He seemed very knowledgeable and listened. I had several tests done in the office. I went back for the test results. I saw his NP, Polina. She asked why I was there. I told her to get the test results. She said my test results had not been read yet. It had been 3 weeks. She left the room. In 5 minutes she came back and said the test results were fine. She asked if I needed anything else. She didn’t want to discuss the test results. I asked if there were any other test that could be done to figure out what was wrong. I told her I was concerned because the symptoms seemed to point to MS. She said they did, but there were no other tests to be done. (Never did any imaging of my brain). I was offered some supplements (they sell) or a couple of other medications she thought might help. I get the impression that Dr Din is the rainmaker. After you see him once, you’re shunted off to his NP."
