"Dr. Nicole LaHood was able to find what was wrong with my son in a few days when a slew of doctors didn't care to figure it out in over a year. I'm so grateful for Dr. LaHood. Her empathy and dedication to my autistic son has made me realize there are still some good doctors out there that really care. The staff were all so friendly, too! I parked downstairs near the street when I saw the sign but it was easy to find their office. Next time I'll park in the upper parking lot."

"The doctors and staff are generally nice. My issues are with the schedule. The facility is located within Amphi School District. Wednesdays are early out for students and staff. This office seems to be closed for allergy shots most Wednesday afternoons, the best time for school staff and students. They don't do shots on Fridays which tends to work for Raytheon employees. There are lots of Raytheon employees in Oro Valley. Holiday weeks are the worst weeks to get shots. The wait time can be much more than an hour. I understand that staff needs and deserves days off for holidays, but they need to get more staffing resources dedicated to allergy shots (instead of clinic) those holiday weeks. I have expressed these opinions to the office staff. Things have slightly improved so I raised my rating to 3 stars from 2."

"To Be Seen or Not To Be Seen? That appeared to be the question. My first negative review of a business. Navigating pandemic-era appointments is rough, respect that. In short, 3-months from first call to appointment date, doctors and staff were nice enough, office response time and follow up with patient was beyond unacceptable. Nov 21 insurance approved antigen shot therapy resulted in patient/me emailing the office and calling 3 times from Nov 21 to Jan 22 with zero response. Fourth call I requested they deactivate account due to lack of response from office."

"Dr. Sakali was so patient with my asthma denial. He went above and beyond with complete kindness while I was not the most easy patient insisting I didn’t have asthma. Turned out he was right. Note: Negative reviews here are not about the quality of doctors but about someone’s difficulty in finding the entrance and another about waiting."

"When i made the appointment for our daughter I told them she had anxiety issues. When checking in they didn't let us know they were running behind. Anyone with a child that has anxiety knows how difficult this can be. I think they honesty forgot about us. After waiting 30 minutes we went to the front desk they said we though you Dr had already seen you. Horrible patient care"
