"Security guard was extremely rude to the point that I left in tears and had to park around the corner because he caused me to have a panic attack. On the pima website it said this location offered at home covid tests but when I got there I was told they don't. The guy walked away without giving me instructions on how to exit the place. So naturally i pulled forward tg8nking i coupd get out. When i reached what looked like an exit there were cones and I felt relieved when a security guard approached me. He asked me what I was doing and I told him I was trying to get out. He replies, "You were supposed to exit the way he told you" so I told him "Im sorry. That guy didn't say anything he just walked away" and as I'm about to turn around he threatens the cops on me saying, "I don't know what you're trying to do but I have cops here ready" like what the hell sir?! I want this man addressed and reported. Ive tried reaching out to pima county regarding this uncalled for behavior. I did not deserve to be treated that way and hope pima county doesn't support this type of mental abuse."
"My family stop there after been processed at some immigration point near border, we send food by Uber eats to them and after driver intents to deliver there they don’t allow the driver to do. Even when food there is not the best and sometimes people came with many days without any food like my family. It’s disgusting especially from religious institutions like this one and extremely disappointed. Ed Brito"
