"Extremely rude and vindictive staff on multiple occasions. The staff here have dropped the ball on communication regarding my family's care and appointments more than once. When this place makes a mistake they are rude and unapologetic. I've been told to reschedule an appointment because i was 15 minutes early instead of 30...which they did not communicate in the first place. My 12 year old son had been having chest pains and we needed a referral and they did not care in the least. The morning of his appointment, a huge wreck stopped traffic on the interstate that took us 30 minutes to go 3/4 miles. Without the wreck, we would have been 15 minutes early but ended up being 14 minutes late. We called the office (which ended up being a scheduler) to let them know what was going on and apologize. She sent a message to the office and told us that several people were calling with the same issue. When we showed up.. the Dr told the receptionist not to check us in and offer an appointment another day. We explained again and were met with no empathy or kindness OR concern for my son being seen (after I had been messaging with the Dr about his situation) the receptionist even told me that my son shouldn't even be seen in that office. What happened to medical providers putting a patient first? My advice is take the time to look for a quality physician at a more professional office. This office DOES NOT prioritize patient health. We have never had one problem with any health office until we had switched here."
