"Horribly arrogant and rude physician. My husband and I have both had awful experiences with her after years of great care by a Dr. that left this clinic. We were actually demanded to go and have routine blood work done by Lab Corp before Dr. Padilla would see us again. Seriously - during a COVID quarantine she expected us to go to Lab Corp where they are testing... Trifling witch! Transferring our records to a new doctor and DONE with this office."
"So unbelievably incompetent and couldn’t do anything. Wound up with 5 referrals! An FP that cant right for an Epi-pen?! Horrible!"
"Arrogant that shines with stupid. I can't believe I was force to give her one star."
"Dr. Rodriguez-Padilla flat out refused to fill out life insurance paperwork so I could protect my family with the insurance (I had a breast cancer scare exacerbated by this Dr's office and their slow call back times, and was trying to make sure I did not have to live through that fear again feeling like I had failed to take care of my family). When AAA told me the Dr. not only refused to fill out any of the paperwork, but had decided instead to release ALL of my medical records to the insurance company, I was sure there was a mistake. I contacted the office and asked for clarification, and got a call back the next day telling me that the Dr. chose not to fill out any paperwork. Period. I sat with that a few days, then called back and left a message telling them that if their unprofessional decisions affected my ability to get life insurance, if that by releasing all of my medial records that they caused me to be declined because the ins. co. found something other than what I was asked to disclose (even the ins co itself tells you to only answer exactly what is asked, do not volunteer anything else), I was going to look into legal recourse and failing that would leave reviews everywhere I could find to make sure everyone knew that her irresponsible policies harmed her patients who pay for their services with her. I then got an appallingly rude call back from the Dr. herself, who felt I was harassing her staff (with two phone calls, no profanity, no raised voice, just a calm clear statement of the facts) and kept repeating the fact that she does not do any paperwork: Not workmans comp, not insurance, not accident, not disability, not for social security...NOTHING! So when I asked her who was supposed to fill out the paperwork if not the Dr. she responded with "Well I am only your primary physician"...I do not think she understands what the word Primary means...and she certainly does not understand the amount of damage she is doing to her patients who trust her and PAY her to be their health advocate in all arenas. If she felt she needed to be paid extra to fill out the forms, I would have absolutely understood and ponied up, that is completely fair. But to outright refuse? really? This is not a "favor"...this is a critical service I think the majority of people would expect to be able to get from their "Primary Physician" and the fact that she instead chose to do possible harm by just releasing my medical records to the insurance company is incomprehensible. So here is my end of the promise I made, early because I do not know if I will be turned down or nor for insurance now, but thanks to her indescribably inappropriate call, something I feel is important to get out there now to any potential patients. Look elsewhere."
