"Unfortunately not very kind or helpful staff here. We are traveling through area on a National Park trip and my husband has had a respiratory cold. I called this place and asked if they help walkin patients. She very rudely told me they do not. My husband is 68 and we have insurance but she would not help I asked where I should take him and she laughed and said back to my state."
"Absolutely love my care provider,Laurel Kibler C-FNP she is the Best! Well worth the wait. She's very compassionate, professional, and thorough in her care and treatment. When I had some difficulty with my insurance when it changed she really when the extra mile to ensure I had the resources to get the help obtaining the medication that was successful for me through some pharmaceutical programs, and samples until we could get prior authorization with my insurance which wasn't easy. Multiple times she has truly been a life saver in more ways than she may realize, I honestly can't thank her enough for her dedication and sincerity in believing in the oath she took and honoring that oath daily! It means a lot to our community and we are so lucky to have Laurel Kibler."
"Had a good visit with NP Kibler. Wait was very long. Appointment was a 1:20 wasn’t seen until around 2:45. She spent time with me but I was not impressed. I heard a lot of “oh I can’t do that”. I understand but what has happened to our pool of drs in this country? Horrible."
"Changed our primary care physician to Laurel Kibler. My husband and I met with her today for the first time. We could not have been more pleased. So happy we made the change. And the staff was unbelievably courteous. Our appointments were at 10:00 and 10:20 and we were seen right on time. What nice facilities and what a breath of fresh air!"
"The Medical Leadership decided to abandon their chronic pain patients, from one month to the other. Cutting down doses by 30%/per month and tell chronic pain patients to switch over to Tylenol. They don't even consider the patients medical and/or pain history. Classic case of "Failure to provide Care". Chronic Pain Patients are treated like drug addicts and pain relief is denied. Thanks god, patients are getting together and required a hearing at the Arizona Medical Board, to hold them responsible. Join them, if you are mistreated."
