"I was told I need to have another CT scans as there is a spot in my liver. I was told by SARA (Southern Arizona Radiology) that CT scan results will be available in 48 hours. I called 3 times and the first time was Monday 2/12 and asked for result. I was told that don't have it but will request it. I called again 2/16, same thing and was told it is easy to get. Both times I told the person who answered the call that I WILL NOT COME for the 2/20 appt without the results. I also asked if it is so easy to get why don't you get it. This is extremely cruel for a stage 4 cancer patient like me, being told there is a spot in my liver and had to do CT scan again to see of it grew, but NO ONE in the doctor's office even care after my multiple calls! Is that how you treat patients? If so, I have to go to a different doctor and make sure I provide accurate reviews on you on all social media. Last time when Kaiser found the brain tumor, 7/2021 they reacted within hours and I had to have emergency surgery within 24 hours as I was told I was within 12-24 hours of being DEAD!!!! If the same thing happens again, you will have blood in your hands and I will make sure my estate will sue you and your malpractice insurance until all my money is gone"
