Reviews of Arizona Counseling And Treatment Services LLC - Sierra Vista
"Ridiculous! I've had an appointment scheduled for 3 WEEKS. They DID NOT call to confirm. I showed for my appointment, they tell me there is a meeting at this time and they didn't have me down for my appointment. So now I have to wait another 2 WEEKS. And this is all the beginning of my care, so far. Not impressed at all."
"Seems more goes on besides Normal counseling...Does Tyrell moving in with a counselor to now have a relationship RING a Bell ?? So unethical!! Never would I suggest this Place !"
"I was going to the WellBeing Institute in Tucson for Suboxone for over two years. I was referred to Anna Froelich in Sierra Vista by my NP.She's at this ACTS facility, and then I wouldn't have to drive to Tucson once a month. After seeing her three or four times she decided for me that I no longer needed to be on Suboxone. It became her mission in life to make me wean off, I had no say in it. What it's really about is how much they're getting paid by my insurance. Nothing to do with my life. I've been very successful at getting my life back since Suboxone. This all about ICD-9 codes, diagnosis and insurance billing. I have chronic pain, and one 8mg suboxone a day keeps my addiction in check. The real problem is someone who believes they understand opioid addiction. Sorry Anna, but anyone who has ever been addicted can tell you that it can't be understood by reading books or listening to lectures. This girl is on a power trip and a money grab. She could care less if I relapse or not."
"They have been instrumental in my post hospital treatment. The staff has always been courteous and kind to me and have made sure I had what I needed. My case manager Liz is one of the few people on earth that I trust on this earth. As far as I'm concerned, she's part of the family."
"Disrespectful and disorganized! I contacted them in order to set up an appointment. I was informed on the phone that they did take my insurance. My wife went in to fill out some paperwork in order to get the ball rolling and she was informed that, not only was our insurance not accepted, but that I was informed of that. I have an app on my phone that records all calls and it clearly reveals that I was told our insurance was accepted. Second part is the clear disrespect that my wife was shown afterward. When informed that our insurance was not accepted, she was asked if we wanted to proceed...we can both understand that. It was after my wife informed them to proceed and the receptionist questioned again, stating it would be $95. The receptionist's whole demeanor screamed that we couldn't afford the appointments and then had the audacity to ask my wife why she was kicked off ACCHS (sp?)When my wife informed her that she wasn't kicked off ACCHS, she and the kids simply fell under my insurance after we were married, the receptionist acted like she didn't believe that we would not want to be on any government assistance program. I'm not sure who the normal clientele is for this place or if there even is such a thing, but to be blatantly disrespectful to someone who enters looking for help, is bad business. Whether you pay out of pocket or are completely covered under government assistance, everyone should be treated with the respect they deserve and not treated as "second rate". Disappointed and disheartened."
