"The in office experience is excellent. I was seen promptly with little or no wait time and availability of appointments is great. My only complaint is that there is absolutely no response to messages from the patient portal and phone messages are returned very late or not at all."

"Receptionist was terrific, spent considerable time working on the phone with the insurance company to see if services would be covered. Clinician was thorough and informative. Only improvement might be to have a second person trained on Receptionist duties. Ended up waiting in line on arrival and when leaving for 5-10 minutes."

"I was very pleased with the service from the front office to the doctor visit. The front desk was pleasant and helpful. The doctor impressed me as she had done in a previous visit. For that reason, I had directed that I wanted to see her as opposed to whoever might be available. She is thorough and helpful informing the patient as to what she sees as she's looking at your skin and observing this mole or that tag, etc. A pleasant doctor also. She did notice something and took a skin sample for further diagnosis."

"Knowledge staff quick to checking. Wait time was very acceptable. Exam was very good. Explained about different skin growths and took one for biopsy. Rather painless. Made an appointment for next year."

"So my last visit was very good. Made an appointment for my next 6 month visit. Got text messages and emails wanting me to confirm my appointment. Yes...... Day before my appointment I got a voice message you no longer accept my health insurance. You knew that 6 months before my appointment! And strung me out until the day before, 6 months after the fact! I no longer want to be your patient even if you go back to my health insurance company. I hope you didn't treat your other patients like me. If I could give you a zero star I would."
