"Since the acquisition by TMC contact is awful, getting responses is awful, getting clear answers is awful. You are forced into their phone system and basically can't get ahold of anyone useful without a game of phone tag. The staff in the office are great. So if you literally NEVER plan on handling anything by phone or internet, the practice is great. If you ever need to handle something in any not-in-person fashion, make sure you take a week's vacation from work, and that still may not be enough. Trying to get my son's immunization records for a new school has taken more than a week at this point, and I still don't have them. He is literally missing school because TMC makes it as difficult as possible to get anything accomplished."

"5 star staff and 10 star Doctors!! 2 star phone system and TMCOne administration practices. Phone operators clearly hate their phone system as much as we do too. After 3 attempts totaling 2 hours on wait time I got through to a person that suggested I stop by the office to talk with the staff for my record need."

"I have been bringing my children to Dr. Dveirin for 12 years. This new phone system will however force me to change doctors. I have been waiting on hold as caller #1 for nearly 2 hours. This is completely unacceptable. My child needs her shots for school."

"Doctors are good. This new phone system is pretty horrible. I've been caller number 1 for 20 minutes. Nobody answers the line. Now making me start the whole process over. This is ridiculous. Now after 20 minutes of caller number I just got pushed to caller 2. 45 minutes first as caller 1 then out of nowhere bumped to caller 2. 45 minutes, still no appointment. Even called another location who tried to call them,, that was an additional 10 minutes. 55 minutes, still no appointment. This is a response to "the owner" since there is no option to reply... I did dial 4.. the Speedway location isn't even listed, which is why I called a different location while using "option 4", and she was kind enough to try to reach the Speedway location and her call was also not answered. I waited on hold for 10 minutes when she called. It's not awful enough you partnered with TMC but now the phones don't work properly. It's been months since this partnership took place."

"I’ve been with Clara Vista for 6 months now and after today I won’t be returning. My son’s 12 month well check was today and the doctor (Dr.Gioannetti) had also scheduled some construction repairs that took priority DURING my appointment. We were sitting in her office listening to her talk to the handymen for 45mins without anyone checking in with us (my son also has a fever and checked in with the nurse at 100.2). Maybe I’m overreacting? I am a first time parent and I didn’t feel comfortable and that’s why I’m sharing my experience. I’m finding a doctors office that puts my son as a priority."
