"Took in a toddler for a fever of 2 days. the doctor on site doesn’t check to make sure the kid doesn’t have an infection just gives us a piece of paper for a cold and says give Tylenol as needed. Makes you feel like you can’t take your kids there when the pediatrician is full."

"Thank you N. Campbell Banner Urgent Care! I arrived about 4pm with pain and swelling after a hard fall on my kneecap. Reception was warm and caring explaining that there could be a wait of 4 hours due to some emergencies. I decided to wait and saw the attendants come out into lobby to help a waiting young man who was suffering. Eventually, a few other patients decided to go elsewhere so I was actually seen at 5:30 with prompt attention and very little wait for an xray. I am so grateful that Banner UC provides on site basic radiology because t his was so much better than an emergency room experience!"

"First: the reception area is spotless, the temperature perfect, the space wide and comfortable. The receptionist was absolutely welcoming, nice and went out of her way to communicate with me (I am almost deaf). I had an appointment at 9:30am and at 9:30am a nurse came and took my information, and then came the doctor who was very professional and knowledgeable. Kudos to this Urgent Care, I recommend it highly."

"I made an appointment for 10am to be seen for a strep test. I waited until 10:40, when the receptionist told me there wouldn’t be a doctor available for an hour and a half, but that I could do a virtual visit. The receptionist did the swab test herself and couldn’t get it past my tongue. Then I finally got on with a doctor, who said I probably just had a cold. I was there for almost two hours. They told me to come back if it got worse. I went four days ago and have only gotten worse since then. I just tried to call them and was hung up on. Would not recommend this place."

"This is the second time I have been here. I thought giving them another shot things would have changed for the better. Well they got even worse from the time I walked in for my scheduled appointment tell I left the entire staff was rude. Condescending, and just completely unprofessional. When I walked in the front desk girl said you need to sit down and I will call you when I’m ready and went back to her phone doing god now’s what. The nurse come out after an hour wait for my scheduled appointment and just has a snide and rude demeanor the entire time, they requested a urin sample and I told her I can’t pee and she said I need to sit there tell I can and won’t see a doctor tell then. Finally I was able to give them the sample and 5 minutes later the nurse practitioner comes in and says you are fine not even asking a single question and says I’m going to get you paperwork. I tried to ask him to he results of the test and he looks at me and says I told you that you are fine and walks out. They did nothing else to even see what was going on and just had an attitude the entire time I was there. I will never go back here again. I have never been treated so horribly by people who are supposed to help others in there time of need."
