"Overall experience was good once we finally got the appointments confirmed. The previous appointments were canceled because (we were told that we didn’t respond to a confirmation request we never received). Our glasses were ordered but we don’t have them yet so I can’t review those."

"Went to pick up my glasses and Diana at the front counter said the laboratory had broken my frames. These eyeglass frames retail at $400-$600. She said I had signed a waiver, but a waiver should not be permission for a laboratory to destroy my property. Terrible customer service. Do NOT use."

"Went to nationwide in may 2023. Started receiving emails in December about a balance being dew. Thought scam as nationwide collects payments prior to ordering contacts. But received a paper bill in early January. Contacted nationwide and was advised to call billing. Called billing and received a call 1 week after leaving message who stated the bill was correct. This company is attempting to boost their revenues after the fact. Do not use nationwide vision. They have become a terrible business."

"My only complaint would be that my appointment times kept changing in the messages they sent. I just showed up at the original time I was told over the phone. The doctor was quick and polite. Staff was very friendly and the bundle deals on contacts and glasses seem worthwhile. Overall I would definitely recommend!"
