"The doctor seemed to be in a rush. I was attempting to fill her in regarding important health updates. She stopped me and asked which medications I needed refilled. At this point, I stopped speaking to her, fully aware she expressed no interest in my recent history, which she did not have on file. Prior to moving to Tucson, I have had only two primary care physicians in 30 years of living in Arizona. Always knowing they cared about my well-being, and would take time to listen, if needed. Unfortunately, I feel it best if I search for another PCP."

"Dr. Diana Lu, Is my new primary care physician. After my first appointment, I could not be more pleased. Dr. Lu is caring, and very knowledgeable. She asked me all the right questions and did not rush me at all. Immediately after our in person appointment, I was sent to the lab just down the hall and prescriptions were sent immediately to the pharmacy. Communication with Dr. Lu through the portal was quick and effective. I feel so much more comforted now that I have a doctor who is my advocate."
