"They are impossible to reach by phone! I've been calling for a week! It always says "you are in [position 2] or [position 1]" for several minutes, then someone picks up the line and puts it on hold immediately because I can hear it and it stops giving me the queue position updates. Then, after several more minutes of holding, I get sent to a voicemail and have to leave a message, and they never return my call! Outrageous! It shouldn't be this hard to get in contact with a doctor's office for crying out loud! There's also the fact that they never sent the referrals they were supposed to, nor did they schedule the follow-up visit the doctor told me he wanted as I was leaving. I had to call a bunch of times to set it up myself (when I finally got lucky enough to get through to talk to a person). Way too much difficulty and effort just to set up an appt."

"I have been with Escalara for over five years! While there as been alot of changes all of them made this office even better! If you're blessed enough to get David Byron you will be in very caring and competent hands! I have alot going on with my health and he made sure to cover everything and a few concerns other providers overlooked. I have never felt listened to and respected like this before! Thank you to the office and I wish the very best for all of you in 2024!"

"I had such a wonderful experience here! Brittany checked me in and was such a sweetheart the entire time. Ashley helped me with my medical history and was super thorough! Then I had Christin Munchoff examine me and she so carefully explain our course treatment and cared about my wellbeing. Everyone was so nice and easy to talk to! I even had Anthony and Dr Byron come and make sure my visit was going smoothly! 10/10 would recommend care here."

"Escalera Health care team is the best! They always go above & beyond to help & accommodate me whenever I have a problem or issue. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars to them! It's very nice & comforting to know that if there is a problem/issue they will do all they can to straighten it out & help. Everyone is great but Anthony & Brittany have been just stellar!"

"I find it really weird that all the reviews about this facility is pretty good here but you go to yelp and there isn’t one decent review. They don’t deserve a one star rating. I went here for two years. First year no issues. This last year has been horrible . Providers are coming and going every other month you have a new provider because your last one quit. I was going here twice a month. My Newsest provider Vanessa. Aulet has no idea what she is doing. She never reads my medical chart before seeing me. Every visit I feel like is my first visit having to tell her my diagnosis that she diagnosed me with. They recently moved their office and did not bother to tell their patients of their new location before they came to their office visit. This facility is no longer doing primary care for pain management.They are more focused on mental healthcare. Which is fine but they should tell their patients and give them time to find other providers. Trying to get a referral done by Vanessa is almost impossible. I highly do not recommend this facility. If you want to waste your time a be treated like a new patient every time you go with a new provider each time and not even focus on why you are even there for the office visit in the first place. Then all means go there."
