"My entire experience was stellar from start to finish. Everyone worked urgently and I could tell they respected my time (I was in and out in about 35 minutes) but I never felt rushed. It had been 2+ years since my prior eye exam, so I wasn’t up to date on the new scan imaging technology but it was great! Not having to worry about dilating my eyes and dealing with 6+ hours of re-acclimation made it a breeze but seeing the image of my eye was fascinating. Dr. Patel was wonderful to work with and incredibly knowledgable, and I really appreciate her patience in answering even my silliest questions. Her expertise was easy to see, walking me through each part of my eye scan and giving me tips or advice each step of the way. I appreciate that Dr. Patel took the time to explain what I was looking at, what purpose it served, and just letting me stare at the cool 3D render of my eyeball. I could tell my best interests were first and foremost throughout my whole visit. Ava was so easy to get along with at checkout and made sure I was getting the best deal, which I appreciated greatly! All things considered, my first visit could not have gone better, and I won’t be planning on going anywhere else the next time I have an exam. Thanks guys!"
