"Never met provider before was told by front desk that I had to get blood work done before seeing him. I was not fasting for the labs and explained to front desk woman that I wanted to talk to him first. Pointing her finger at me, she exclaimed he wants that done before he sees you! I declined and said I wanted to talk with him. I mentioned this to Mr. Craver and he assumed I came for a prescription which was not the reason for my visit. He appeared not interested in the poor customer service experience that I had. I do not recommend this provider."
