"The professionals that do the ultrasounds have been amazing. However, the MFM practice is pushy, overscheduling for appointments and not listening to patients. I requested an US, nothing more, and they scheduled me for another test (non-stress) and when I said I only scheduled the one they asked if I was "refusing" the test. I didn't even schedule it! I now have to wait an extra hour for the US. Would appreciate if they listen to the patient."
"Dr.Dean is a wonderful physician. I had a recent procedure done and it went smooth. Her attention and love for her patients is warming. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that I was not nervous to get it done. I put my trust in her and she did a very excellent job. I was extremely happy to have Dr. Dean and her team at TMC by my side that day."
"I have seen two doctors at this office, Dr. Dean and Dr. Shin, both were very kind and listened to me about my signs and symptoms, and they promptly ordered the appropriate diagnostic tests. They both do an excellent job at explaining what they are doing and why and thoroughly went through any of my test results. Yes the wait times in the office can be long, but having worked in labor and delivery I can tell you that babies do not come on a scheduled time and definitely do not wait for office hours to be over; therefore, your doctor might be delayed because of having to see a patient at the hospital. I do feel they should contact the patients to tell them to come in later, if they are more than 1/2 hour behind. The disappointing thing is how long it takes to schedule an appointment, since they are a busy office. With all of that being said, I was able to schedule ultrasounds and mammograms fairly quickly."
"I have been going to this practice since I moved to AZ and had my first baby. I started with them when they were on the crossroads park which was a smaller location and always had great service. My provider has always been Dr. Graziano, and now that I’m expecting my second baby, I wanted to continue receiving care with him at this practice. After today’s visit, I’m unsure if I will continue my care there. My appointment was scheduled for 1110 am, I did not get called back in the room until about 1240 pm, and only had about 10 minutes or so with Dr. G. This is the 3rd appointment I have had with him, and he’s been running super behind. I love Dr. Graziano, he’s very sweet and caring and an excellent doctor, however, I feel they have gone down hill by having more patients than they can handle. The staff looks annoyed and overwhelmed the moment you check in. It’s very obvious the practice has grown since 4 yrs ago when I had my first child, and I don’t feel they have adapted to the high rate of patients they have. If you have too many patients, then it’s maybe time to not continue accepting people seeing how you can’t even handle your current patient rate. Today’s visit really left a bad taste in my mouth and as much as I love Dr. G, I am considering switching to another practice because this is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Just like you wouldn’t see a patient past the 15 min mark if they’re late, it’s not okay to make a patient wait over an hour for a quick 10 minute appointment. I’m disappointed in how this situation played out."
"After seeing all the negative reviews I decided to write about my own experience. I am currently 12 weeks pregnant and have had three appointments so far at this location. Each appointment has been a fantastic experience. Yes, I wait for about 45 minutes each time, but the amount of care and attention I receive from the staff makes it so worth it. The nurses and doctors are very knowledgable and they make me feel so important. I am considered a high risk pregnancy and they made me feel so well taken care of. They listened to my experience with my first baby and are already taking measures to ensure I don't have problems with this one. I have also had two infections within the past 12 weeks and the staff always followed up with me regarding treatment. I have called the triage nurses several times for advice or to get a question answered and have always received prompt service. This place is always very busy but they have thus far always given me the time I need. I hope this helps others who are considering this place. I know others have had a poor experience but mine has been wonderful and I would definitely recommend it to others."
