"I came to Etano for an evaluation, required by ADOT for me to reduce points on my driver's license. Nick was professional, friendly, efficient, nonjudgemental (thank you Nick) and went above and beyond in being responsive to issues I had in my experience with other agencies that I needed to use in order to comply with ADOT. I truly felt that Etano cared about situation and helped get me through a difficult time."

"Our son, David, was a patient at Etano Center for several years. David hopes to move out of state so with great sadness he decided that he now needed to detox from methadone. It is of great importance to understand that Etano is far more than just a methadone treatment center. Beyond providing closely supervised and safe methadone helping those with opioid addiction tremendously, the Etano Center also provides counseling, online groups, medical support and other encouragement beyond compare. Nick, David's counselor, met with him weekly, kept him up-to-date about the dangers of drug abuse (including deaths in Tucson due to Fentanyl), told him when job fairs were available, and even referred him to Hope for peer support. The Etano staff watch over each patient carefully. Since "graduating", David misses all the staff: His counselor Nick, Robert (who greets you and is very knowledgeable), Nurse Michelle and Dr. Ornate. Our son is still alive because they instructed us to take him to emergency where he was admitted with complex pneumonia multiple of times over the past two years. We encourage anyone struggling with opioid addiction to contact Etano, you will definitely get the help you truly need."
"I have had a friend and a family member be treated here and had an amazing experience both times. They are so personable and make you feel comfortable, they understand addiction and mental illness do not discriminate and provide support, and resources, round the clock. They are great at returning phone calls, and making you feel like you matter. We need more places like ETANO!"
"I came to ETANO 8yrs ago after I had relapsed for the first time, following a 6 month clean period from when I had detoxed "cold turkey" at home from heroin. But once I relapsed I decided I needed some more help so I tried methadone assistance, as well as began recieving couseling w/Tommy(who was always very kind, understanding & helpful.) l also began attending 2 groups a week there-one of which was overseen by Tommy, too but I thoroughly enjoyed both. Overall, during the 2 yrs I was going to ETANO, the whole staff & my experience was great and because of them I was able to get my life back on track."
