"If I could give 0 I would.. Why would you tell a patient yes you can help, but then tell them when they are in your office sorry can't help you because of your mental health. It's damaging, depressing, and heartbreaking. You just made the mental health issue worse. Make sure all the questions are asked before telling a patient yes you can help. Make sure you have all the info. As far as I'm concerned your just in it for the insurance compensation. Not to help patients with chronic pain. It's appalling."

The office is staffed by a compassionate, friendly and efficient woman Sarah Schrader, and Cindy Thiem, FNP is equally friendly.
