"Wow!!!!! Dr Allen is a piece of work. I can tell she is only there for the money. She doesn't care about the patients. My mom was there for a procedure and the anesthesiologist made a suggestion to postpone due to the meds my mom take. She talked to my mom with TOTAL disrespect just because she agreed with the anesthesiologist to not go through with the procedure. Dr. Allen told my mom, "WELL WHAT YOU WANT TO DO?", in the most disrespectful way. That type of pressure should not be allowed!!!! The only thing that gave her a sense of security was the fact that the anesthesiologist and the other two nurses there were black. She will not return to this place EVER!!!! Dr. Allen is disrespectful to the staff she is working with and we can tell she makes it hard for them to do their job the correct way. She does not respect them and I cant tell it is because they are BLACK. Something needs to be done about her. THIS IS NOT THE TYPE OF PLACE FOR DR. ALLEN!!!!"

"Based on what I saw and experienced, this place is not concerned about your health but more concerned about their new SUVs. The physician who performed a procedure on my wife, let her in tears, left without finishing the conversation so much that the nurse demanded he cam back but didn't and basically provided no path forward for her. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. Walk into that La Cholla waiting room, look to the left and see all the self important delta bravos on the wall and see the 3000 chairs packed in there and the people who meet you at the desk with no smiles or hellos. This is the WhataBurger of GI medicine. Whatadisappointment!"

"My wife is currently having a procedure performed by ADI. Like while I’m typing. So far the pre apppointment communication was horrible. Then when we show up today in their not so nice waiting room we get this: 1. Neither of the two ladies we interact with say hello. 2. Then they have my wife’s name spelled wrong and our address wrong. Somehow? Wake up back there! 3. Then they tried to recharge us $1000 we already paid. Like ADI and our insurance company will really be hurting if they don’t get the double charging income. For those of us doing out jobs taking money from people so your rich employer can have it. At least make an effort to be right. I called them out for going 0 for 3 in the three things they were doing for us. I didn’t found those fact that neither of th said hello (technically 0-5). I will give credit, one of them apologized a few times about the payment, although she was a little snarky after being called out on here significant mistake. What’s $1000 anyway? Sure hope the lead doc gets a new Escalade! I also sure hope the procedure is going better than the check in process. Go somewhere else if you can. I will update if anything changes."

"I don’t understand the negative reviews! Dr. Tasi is wonderful along with the staff. From the moment I checked in, to my preop nurse (light red hair and glasses) so wonderful yet didn’t get her name. She explained everything. My “driver” of the bed who knew her way around the clinic and helped the Dr. to my wonderful anesthesiologist Ann P. Who followed me on my “ride” explaining and talking. She was great. I was not looking forward to this at all. It was the greatest experience. Very,Very kind staff. Please Note: I went to the office around the corner for first visit with my Dr. It was a little frustrating for everyone there! I waited an hour. Made appointment 2 months prior. Very frustrating. However this office (where you get procedure’s done is completely different) I was seen exactly at my time. Please do not judge on the office for your consultation. The procedure is what matters."
