"Jennifer the NP is wondeeful. The office staff is leaves a bad a taste in your mouth. I was in a mva and suffered a head injury leading to nausea and vomiting. I called to be worked in . They couldnt work me until 1400 the following day. I went to urgent care . I called to cancel the appt the same day to say it resolved . Shelby, the office manager calls not for a wellness check , but to make sure i am aware that i will be charged 25.00 late fee .for cancelling the appointment at noon when my appt was at 1400. I couldnt give a 24 hr notice cause the appt was just made and i had to go to urgent care for a concussion and nausea medication. Disappointed in the the lack of compassion"
