"Tried to call on three separate days. Waited on hold for over 1 hour before getting cut off each time with no one answering. Tried to book an appointment on the website and no one called back. Left three messages and still no one calls, obviously they are too busy to take care of their existing patients."

"Front office staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. I made an appointment and they called me back stating they do not accept my insurance and I’d have to pay out of pocket. I declined and they cancelled my appointment. I called my insurance and they stated this place DOES IN FACT accept my insurance. I cancelled my appointment for no reason. Now they have no appointments until next month. I really needed to see them THIS MONTH in order to get paid from my job because I need paperwork filled out. So ridiculous."

"Dr. Hills couldn't have been kinder, more patient, or more knowledgeable. A real class act who deserves five stars. Now about the front office, I'm giving them zero stars. They didn't bother to let me know Dr. Hills was out of network prior to my appointment and called me the day after my appointment with an "offer" of paying $170 dollars or they would bill me for the full amount of $550 and she wouldn't agree to putting this arrangement in writing. The staff member we spoke with was rushed and curt, saying it was the "patient's responsibility" to know if a doctor was out of network even though they had been provided with my insurance information three times and never said a thing."

"The front end staff and patient flow was wonderful. I got an appointment same-day and they took most of my information down over the phone, before I even arrived. I was in the lobby a minimal amount of time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the doctor was not very pleasant and unclear. On the way out nobody could tell me how much or if I was even being charged. Overall, I think the back end could take a lesson from the front end management and staff"
