"Horrible place to go if you need documentation or someone to communicate with about paperwork. I had a bad experience with main secertary. Too bad if you have ACCESS you must tolerate bad service. Dr Hatch is coo but the lady at front desk taking medical insurance is horrible."

"Why would you not have samples taken before just telling someone they have toe fungus. If you would have sent a sample in then I could have received a negative result sooner. You led me to believe I had a toe fungus just using your eye sight. Not a thorough doctor. Previous review: Dr Hess was cold and not friendly. The exam was done with the door open. She was unclear about care options and with home care options. After the exam she just left the room with no instruction! Very confusing even though I was trying the entire appointment to get any life out of this doctor."

"Dr Hess is great. I am prone to painful I grown toenails and she helped ease my anxiety about having part of the nail removed. She is personable and efficient, so no just sitting around waiting to be seen. I had an experience in an urgent care that traumatized me from being seen again, and I am so glad I came here! If you are prone to ingrown toenails you’ve got to come see her! I’m not embarrassed about my feet anymore. Sandal season here I come!"

"On a followup visit after procedure on my ingrown toenail, which went very well by the way, Dr. Nelson used his sharp clippers to cut the nonsurgical side of the toenail deep enough to draw blood. Without as so much as a bandaid to stop the bleeding, I was allowed to leave the office still bleeding. I’m happy with the procedure that was done last week but not so happy with his bedside manner. Maybe something he could work on?"

"When you give the office staff members complete free reign in making decisions about patient care there is bound to be problems with communication skills and proper medical care. I have never had any office manager cancel my prescription and surgery without any input from the surgeon him(her)self and as someone who has worked in the finest quality care hospital in the country I am appalled by the lack of professionalism in this office."
