"I called to set up an appointment with one of the orthopedic surgeons. I was told because of all the protocols, that I could not be seen by one of the orthopedic surgeons due to the possibility of litigation. From what I can tell on your website, there are 24 orthopedic surgeons that practice in Tucson Orthopedic Institute. Apparently none of them will see me. Just trying to figure out how this is possible, that none of their surgeons ever do surgery on a injury that was caused buy a MVA with the possibility of litigation."

"Walked into the after hours clinic and they refused to see me. The front lady had a nasty attitude towards me and other patients. The manager didn’t come out to talk to us to explain why they refused service. Save yourself a headache and go to TMC ER next door."

"They don't seem to grasp the point of a "walk-in" clinic. I have tried to be seen here on two seperate occasions and both times I have been sent away. Save yourself the pain of walking down the hall to the ER after being denied care and just go to the ER first. TOI Urgent Care doesnt want to bother helping you."
