"While Dr. Chastain is nice, I have a huge problem with how things are handled after patients leave the facility. At my sons last appointment (7 Dec) antibiotics were supposed to be prescribed, yet after going to my pharmacy that afternoon and even the following day they hadn’t received anything. I then called Tucson ENT, didn’t get an answer so I left a voicemail. I received a call back on 9 Dec from a woman who said she was calling to book the surgery for my sons ear tubes. This caught me by surprise because I was still on the fence about surgery and opted for antibiotics instead. Yet, when I inquired about the antibiotics she said no note was put in for them. While I was on the phone with her my husband agrees we should do the surgery so she enters a note for the antibiotics and books us an appointment for Jan 24th @0730 and tells us to be there by 0630 and gives me the address specifically for "4620 e camp Lowell drive". Now, about a week or so goes by and I learn I have to reschedule (military travel). I call numerous times, either call didn't go through or it went through and no one answered so I left voicemail. Tucson ENT never gave a call back until…. on 24 Jan, I get a call from them wanting to confirm my sons procedure for what she said is "tomorrow, 25 Jan". I proceed to tell her I've been calling for weeks to reschedule for what was actually supposed to be "today, 24 Jan". She tells me no, she “had the 25th written down”...just terrible service. I document everything as well and I can assure you that was not the case. I've also been getting texts from Carondelet Foothills surgical center which is not located at “4620 e camp Lowell drive” as previously mentioned. I have no idea how she was tracking a completely different date and location than what was initially agreed upon but I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. Long review? Yes. But I will always be thorough, especially when something as simple as communication and customer service left me feeling uneasy and led me to not even reschedule, but cancel my sons surgery altogether. This is not how you maintain a trusting relationship with your patients."

"WOW, Christine Francart, Doctor of Audiology is a rare and world class specialist. I put off getting my hearing aids for years because I was afraid. Christine was so patient with me. She let me voice all my concerns. Addressed all of them with confidence. She is incredibly well informed. Clearly an expert in her field. She cares deeply about her patients and is 100% sincere. I even had a technical issue at one point. I left Christine a voice message during off hours. She called me immediately and walked me through the steps needed to correct the issue. I would recommend her to anyone and I look forward to working with her in the future. Also, a huge thank to Irma who also really cares and makes me feel welcome and comfortable each and every visit!"

"The Dr is good but the admin staff are completely incompetent. After telling them 4 times they still don't seem to understand that i have 2 insurances for my son. I gave them the information to many times for them not to understand how to do their jobs. If you need help I can help you since I do the same job and can understand when some one tells me I have already given that to them and already spoke to them. Better manners and listening would be a great improvement for the staff. IF i get charged for my son missing his appointment i will sue. It seem like they have changed and not for the best."

"We have known many people to go to Dr Perry for tubes and frequent ear infections. I personally think that he's a wonderful doctor and treated us well. I'm very frustrated by how they're office is managed. Our first appointment was input at the wrong time. Our second appointment was delayed for over 45 minutes. We even arrived early to make sure that insurance was done and paper work could be submitted before our appointment time. My baby fell asleep, so we left. I will not be going back, and until they get their appointment timing fixed I will suggest to anyone and everyone to avoid their office."

"Cannot say enough good things. The staff at all levels has been nothing but kind and patient. They are quite knowledgable and on the things they don’t know, they look into it and have consistently called me back. Even my Dr (Soderburg) took the time to call me back personally about a few questions I have had. During my appointments he is not rushed or pushy and he has always made time to ensure that I fully understand what my options are. I have used his office for my son as well and everyone there is great with kids too! Thank you to everyone who works here, you are doing a fantastic job!"
