"Not great with scheduling, coordinating, filling scripts on time, getting people into therapy, which kinda sucks cuz that's the majority of the job. Medical staff is okay, although you'll need to do most of the heavy, intellectual lifting yourself and make sure you set firm boundaries on what you are and are not willing to take or do. They will try to overbill for appointments, and they will try to cheap you out on your time with the doctor. As far as drugs, they clearly have a specific set of companies they choose to work with. Whether this is for kickbacks, grants, or due to clinical research is uncertain. Weird thing is that I saw an ad at my PCP for the same drug they tried to push on me before we were even certain of my diagnosis. Finally, MHC are a bit fascist with controlled substances even if you need them or have been using them your whole life. I would recommend people with crippling anxiety go to Wellbeing institute as they understand, better, the need for relief when suffering. If you're struggling more with bipolar, ADHD, or something specific and targetable MHC will be slightly more efficient. I wish I could write a better review or give more stars, but the reality in Tucson is that you're lucky to get medical assistance at all. The majority of medical, psych, dental, even automobile services (laughably) cap out at 3 stars. It's a 3 star town, I guess, so don't expect 5. If you're interested in 4 star service you have to go down to Mexico, but at least it's cheaper and less fascist."

"Experience with doctors are great but how am I supposed to set appointments if you guys never pick up (Edit) My experience with the doctors is still great HOWEVER they keep mixing up my twins and i's profile. I KEEP GETTING HIS TEST RESULTS AND HE MINE! I would appreciate it if that would stop. I've called in TWICE about this issue and even brought to my doctor and behavioral health case worker. PLEASE STOP DOING THIS!"

"After taking off work, and a $30 Uber. After they e mailed and texted me to be there on time. When I got there they confirmed my appointment but no one was on the schedule to see me. A complete and udder waste of time and money. Do yourself a solid and look some place else"
