"I went here on a Saturday morning. Very impressed! I was in when they opened at 8am, was seen and out by 8:45am. All the staff were friendly, courteous and professional. The Family Nurse Practitioner- Ericka who saw me was knowledgeable (years of Emergency experience). I left with clear instructions and peace of mind. The person who checked me in (didn’t get her name) was helpful and Nancy was too. Thank you TMC Urgent Care staff."

"They were pretty busy when I brought my toddler in, we waited for 2 hours and were still not seen. I called his pediatrician office and said if we left now we'd be able to make it in with them so we did. Apparently the co pays can't be sent through mychart like all the other tmc offices can do. Also there are no changing tables in any of the bathrooms. Bringing a sick child in is hard enough but having clean access to change their diapers should be the easiest part, rather than sitting on the bathroom floor with a crying baby trying to keep them off the floor at the same time was more difficult than waiting to not be seen. I love TMC and we only go through them for healthcare. The NP also didn't seem too confident in pediatric care and did tell me to just go to the peds ER when we did have a brief conversation for them to decide whether they'd take my son or not and even when they were made aware of his allergy, they wanted to prescribe him the exact thing he's extremely allergic to. I appreciate the honestly but I left with my son feeling like I wasted his time when he was in pain. I'll triple my co pay going to a different urgent care next time. Staff was nice tho."

"Showed up at the TMC urgent care 10 minutes before the 8:00 opening. Around 8:10 an MA came out and informed me they would be opening the clinic as soon as the NP arrived. At around 8:30 the MA came out and said that the NP could not be located and the supervisor was attempting to contact them, and that the clinic would be closed due to the lack of a provider."

"I live nearby and I've had to go to the Urgent Care twice. Each time we were in and out very quickly. While the waiting room is kind of small, the whole facility is bright and clean. Every employee has been friendly and efficient yet took the time to listen to my concerns. There are Urgent Cares practically at every corner, but this is the only one I will go to."
