"I was trying to call to give them my insurance information (which shouldn’t take more than 5 mins.) ANDREW kept answering me and hanging up. He did this three times. That is extremely upsetting because I waited to speak to someone for about 25 mins each time I called. After this a very nice lady named Adriana helped me and was very helpful. You should hire more Adriana’s and less Andrews. Unacceptable."

"Extremely frustrating and disappointing! My appointment was supposed to be at 2pm. As indicated, I was there half hour before to check in. I was told at 2:20 that (by the way) the doctor is delayed for an hour. To make things worse, they told me that the doctor I was seeing today is leaving that office next week, so that I needed to set up another new patient appointment with another doctor; and that at the moment their doctors are not accepting new patients. The only option available for me was a nurse practitioner, but she was not available until February. I booked this appointment on June 13. I waited for 5.5 months! Why didn't they notify me? I even received a text message from them yesterday asking me to confirm my appointment. This is just a review, but I'll find a way to report this properly."

"Incredibly unprofessional and incompetent office. I confirmed ahead of time that one of their doctors took her Medicare Advantage Plan and made an appointment. She saw here once. On the second appointment, when a health advocate we had hired to brought her to her appointment, the office called 2 MINUTES ahead of the appointment while she was sitting in front of the building to suddenly tell her that they did not take her insurance. This cost us money and led to a scramble to find another doctor, all at a very fragile time for my mother who had recently been hospitalized. Disgusting. Do not trust this office with your care."
