"Came in with my wife for an issue early in the morning. Was told the wait was an hour to an hour and a half. They skipped over her some how by one patient. Got her back to be seen after about an hour. Visit took over 4 hours. And there was roughly only 4 people in the lobby with maybe a handful inside according to what we visually saw come out after. The visit was an extra 3 hours after she went back to be seen. This location is extremely slow at processing patients. I can’t recommend this location to anyone going forward. We’re actually still here waiting as I write this review."

"I was not pleased during this visit. I have always gone to this facility because I felt the warmth from staff as well as the efficient staff, however this time the only staff that was even friendly was the medical assistant that roomed us. The nurse practitioner was rude and made us feel we were an inconvenience to him. Name was A Claw, the woman at the front desk was also not the friendliest. We left with no questions about our visit/health being answered. We drive past 3 other urgent care to go to this One and were very displeased. ."
