I really appreciate the opportunity to get on the schedule before heading in to the clinic as it is 30 minutes from my house. The NP was very thorough in her evaluation , and the receptionist was helpful when we had to redirect a Rx that was unavailable at the first pharmacy we tried."

"Very nice place. First time I've been to this one. While they were backed up a bit and I had to wait about thirty minutes past my appointment, I was very pleased with the end results of my visit. The staff and doctor were pleasant and efficient. I will use them in the future. They were very much worth the wait. This is an add on: My other half probably caught what I have and made a 6 pm appointment. She waited over an hour to get in with about three people in the waiting room other than her. I lowered the rating because this seems to be the norm for them. She was there for two hours. It's understandable to have to wait when there is a waiting room full of people and the place is good, it's worth the wait. I'll try again in the future but I know she won't. I had to return for a second respiratory infection and they fixed me right up after a botched visit to another urgent care which was my mistake due going somewhere else. Won't that mistake again. These people are great. They must have had a rough day on a previous visit because I didn't have a long wait and they took great care of me."

"For being an urgent care it was definitely a nice environment. Very clean and upscale looking. They were behind on appointments . I had scheduled an appointment online and they were behind on the appointments by 20 to 30 minutes. The way the medical field is right now though, i know it's hard to stay on schedule, some things take longer than others or longer than expected.. staff was friendly enough and I thought the process of getting the appointment scheduled and checked in easy."

"Great experience! Everything happened in a timely manner, the facility is beautiful (weird to say about an urgent care but the truth), staff is friendly. Just great all around, I’ve been having to deal with Banner Facilities which I hate and this was just the opposite Great facility but billing has no idea what they’re doing and charges my card two times after my initial copay was paid and they charged without my knowledge or authorization. Will never go here again"
