"I am not writing this poor review because of the doctor's - I would like to point out that Dr.Parmar is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. He is extremely kind. I am writing this poor review because of one of the front desk check-in ladies. The lady the second window in with the Mickey Mouse / Disney decor window is SO RUDE. For someone working in a medical setting where sick patients could be feeling extremely vulnerable, she is so unhelpful. Basic questions make her extremely irritated. I would consider changing doctors just to never see this lady again, I hope they investigate her treatment of patients and replace her to someone more like the blonde lady in the first window. She was welcoming and helpful."

"I'm giving this rating specifically and only because the check in representative at window 2. She is rude and completely unprofessional and I'm considering not returning to Northwest based off her lack of professionalism. She couldn't hear me spelling my name so when I raised my voice to project she stopped and gives me the look of death and then walks off. She comes back and I try to make peace with the situation and she is a dismissive unhappy person Kept saying, "have a nice day" and, "ok then have a good day. Completely passive aggressive with no right to be. She wouldn't accept my explanation and she wouldn't apologize. You couldn't hear me. I projected, no reason to take it to a level it doesn't belong at. She needs to be fired!"

"For many years I have had to obtain frequent labs for my thyroid levels. As a nurse, I dread it due to the fact that many times those drawing my blood do not follow sterile technique and it makes me cringe. Today I had to go get my labs drawn once again, today I choose to utilize the Sonora Quest Lab services within the new Northwest Houghton Medical Office Building. Gina was my phlebotomist today. She came out within minutes of signing in to bring us back. My daughter was with me and she offered her a chair. Gina proceeded to draw my labs and was very gentle. Most of all this was the first time that I did not have to remind anyone to wash their hands or not to touch my puncture site after sterilizing that area, or other practices that make me cringe. Gina, most importantly practiced the cleanest technique and was very kind while doing so. I never told her I was a nurse, so she didn't do it because I was watching. This was just her standard practice! I would definitely return when I need labs again. I hope that she is recognized for her superb job!"
