I left feeling very hopeful. Her assistant, Mimi, is warm, friendly and so caring, with a quick smile. Thank you, thank you! (I must add the scheduling and "nuts and bolts" of the operation, need attention.)"

"Care was excellent. Met with an NP since my physician was not available. HOWEVER, the scheduling process was horrible. The guy answering the central phone line gave me bogus information and was not helpful at all. They need in-house lines that go to the in-house receptionists, etc...the ones who know what is going on. My one star was because of the scheduling and NOT the care received."

From the moment you arrive and are greeted with a friendly hello, until you complete the appointment, and the staff send you on your way making sure you have everything needed, nurses and assistants see that everything is completed in a friendly manner. My doctor, Sheini, is the best I have ever had. She has gone over records prior to entering your room so that she is reminded of previous visits and issues. She writes notes as she makes recommendations and gives them to you to take home. Dr. Sheini also asks about family and other happenings in your life so she has a total picture of her patient. I have recommended her to many friends who have changed to her care and are as happy as I am."
