"Massage and massage ONLY. I arrived for my appointment and spent the first 15-20 minutes scheduling future appointments. Then while I was waiting to have my 60 minute massage I can overhear Ken scheduling other clients. Clock says 0925 am at this point and he still hasn’t started. Shortly after LMT Ken came into the room and his hands were freezing and so was the lotion, he ended the sessions at 10am. Even though I was only receiving actually therapy for a total of maybe…MAYBE 25 minutes out of the scheduled 60!!? Oh did I mention my round trip travel time for this appointment was 2.5 hours…so yeah not a great experience at all…still in a great deal of pain."
