"I had such a great experience today. My young daughter had an earache and the Dr put her at ease quickly, diagnosed her and off we went. He was amazing. By the time we got to the pharmacy it was 25 minutes until closing and they ran out of the prescription. I called Carbon back and the super lovely nurse at the front desk called in a new script immediately. We got her meds with 5 minutes to spare. If you need an urgent care, this is the one you want. "The wait was a little long… but that’s expected for an urgent care. This was BY FAR the nicest urgent care I have ever been!!! Very clean, very welcoming, and very friendly staff. My (very active) 1.5 year old didn’t mind the wait because the pediatric rooms were decorated in bright colors and fun decorations with tons of children’s books to help pass the time. I am not sure if all Carbon locations are this great…. But they’re the only urgent care I will use from now on."

"Once you go to Carbon, you won't go to any other urgent care! (And if you do, you will wish you were at Carbon.) First of all, the office is immaculate. Very nicely decorated lobby and rooms, comfortable seating. I love that they have water bottles in the lobby that patients can take. Latricia was very welcoming and kind when helping us work out insurance issues and get checked in. We did not wait to be seen more than 5 minutes after getting checked in. The nurse and doctor were absolutely fabulous! They took the time to listen to my teenager, did a thorough examination, and made sure she understood not only the questions being asked of her, but the doctors reasoning behind asking the questions. He patiently explained his diagnosis and advised us of a good plan for treatment at home. I wish all doctor's offices were like Carbon!"
