TMCOne - Rita Road #180

"Had a great experience in 2023 finally finding a primary care doctor in Tucson (which is extremely hard to do). I scheduled my 2024 check up appointment and got an email saying that I had cancelled the appointment. Called TMCOne and was ruddily informed that my doctor no longer does ongoing care and I would have to find another doctor. I asked if I could have an appointment with another doctor in the clinic but apparently they are all "at capacity" and the earliest I could get care was in 6 months. I wish health providers were more considerate of patients and also wish that they remembered that people pay a lot of money to get care, they are not doing anybody a favor."

"I scheduled an appointment on the app for 11am. Traveled on the bus with a 7 week old baby. I get to the appointment early and the receptionist is rude to start off. I tell her my last name and she asks me to repeat it as if she didn’t hear me the first time. Then tells me I canceled my appointment. I said No, I didn’t call to cancel my appt. She then proceeds to say that the doctor nor the office accepts new patients. What a waste of time and very inconvenient. They need to update their information online so people are not wasting their time. Honestly, I felt the lady was being prejudice towards me."

"Love this office and the location. Easy to get appts. My kids see Arely who is thorough and kind. Her medical assistant Diana is SO sweet and proficient! We really appreciate the care we receive here."

"Dr laguillos staff is rude and unprofessional on the phone .Also dr laguillo is the worst doctor in prevention and treatment services of his patients . Good luck getting an appointment, prescriptions or referrals from here . The manager of tmc one and field operations needs to look closely into how business and management is conducted here . The staff here will have an attitude when you call even to schedule an appointment . Run from this place !"
